A Five Level Throw and Catch Unit
Students pair up.. each pair has a twirl football.
Level #1 STATIONARY: QB throws to Receiver. Once receiver cathces the
ball he/she is now the QB and then he/she throws.
LEVEL #2 QB IN MOTION: QB throws on the move.
LEVEL #3 RECEIVER IN MOTION: receiver catches on the move
LEVEL #4 BOTH QB & RECEIVER ARE ON THE MOVE: QB throws on the move and
Receiver catches on the move.
LEVEL #5 THE BOMB: QB throws the long one, receiver catches and dances in
the end zone.
