A physical education lesson plan that has worked well for my high school classes is a hand-eye cardio workout that I developed in my years here at my school. My students often call it "Shang" but I don't understand their logic... Anyway, here it is:
SHANG
Two players take tennis rackets and place a net in between them, and proceed to play tennis
However, the ball may bounce off the gym walls, including the sides and back wall, so the game is quasi-squash
The ball may also be hit off the floor and over the net, so that there are a number of options for the hitting player
However, the ball may only bounce once on the floor.
