Equipment needed is a football

Everybody will be selected into numbers by 1’s and 2’s so half of the teams will be on one side of the half court and the other group on the other side of the half court. On each side there will be the end of the basketball court to score a goal. To score a goal the football must be thrown to another team member with only taking two steps to throw the ball. If the player throwing the ball takes more than two steps than the football must be given up to the other team. The defense can be anywhere they want to be without causing a foul. The defense can either try to intercept a pass or weight for the ball to get dropped before they can have the ball, or a touch down occurs.
